This is the by far the best paper cutter I've ever used. Neatly and quickly cuts a stack of papers in one shot. The off cut tray feature is totally worth the extra money. Set it and you can cut stacks of papers or cards without having to re-measure each time. Saves me tons of time! (Posted on 10/16/09)
