Non-Returnable Items

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, certain items sold by Mono Machines are not returnable. Our manufacturers and suppliers dictate which machines are non-returnable. When this is the case, Mono Machines does everything possible to make the customer aware of the no return policy. Our product pages for these items have specific notes outlining the details. We want to ensure that our customers are well aware of these items and that the item they need meets their specific requirements prior to shipment. If Mono Machines receives an order for a non-returnable item, we contact the customer to confirm their product needs and let them know about the no return policy. It is our goal to provide our customers with solutions and to make sure our customers receive the proper equipment according to their needs. Items are non-returnable after shipment (if equipment is in proper working condition and there are no manufacturer defects). Again, this can be avoided with pre-purchase discussion and consultation.

Non returnable items are often built to order industrial machines, and/or machines that require non-standard voltages. At this time, non-returnable items include but are not limited to:
