What does this apply to?

This applies to any advertised price (including shipping charges) on a single unit purchase of this item.  It does not apply to bulk purchases and must include shipping charges. I know we mention this twice, but we have to keep saying it because our competitors often advertise products for less but then charge ridiculous shipping fees up to $500!
