- Lubrication sheets for GoECOlife shredders do not come with the machine and will need to be purchased separately.

- Will this shredder accept credit cards, computer CDs, etc?
- This machine is rated for paper only. We do have other GoECOlife shredders that accepts credit cards, CDs, and staples. Please see the link below:

- I bought model GXC100T. Is it still available? If not, is the GQW120D taking it's place. Also, where is the opening for taking out the shredded paper.?The GXC100T had a door in the front and not top., which was a nice feature

Cheryl - The GQW120D is the manufacturer replacement for the GXC100T.
The GQW120D has a pull out bin. You can actually put it right up to the wall and simply pull the front panel to empty the bin. The front opens and removes so that you can empty the bin. When the basket is full, you can pull out the basket. The motor/cutting head is attached to the body and the basket itself.
