- Do I need to purchase bags for this shredder?
- The GBC ShredMaster GDX2019 comes with a 19 gallon bin and can be used alone. However, purchasing the compatible shredder bags can make removal of shredding material an easier task.

- I wanted to know if the GBC ShredMaster GDX2019 Cross-Cut Jam Free Shredder is PCI Compliance or Certified? If not, if there is any process in which this kind of shredder will be added as the devices that are PCI certified.
Thanks a lot - Any shredder that has a security level of 3 or higher will comply with the PCI regulations. This is based on the finished shred size required by PCI, which should be in the area around 1/4" x 1 1/2". Because the GDX2019 is a level 3 cross-cut shredder, it fits the criteria to be PCI compliant.
However, please note that the GDX2019 Cross-Cut Shredder is no longer available, but we offer the GBC Swingline DX20-19 in its place. Please see the link below for this replacement, which is also PCI compliant.
